Considerating the emergency of a new perspective on historical writing by the firsts Annales andFernand Braudel, the aim of this article is, from La Méditerranée et le monde méditerranéen àl’époque de Philippe II and the criticals addressed to it, analyzes its historiographical originality,gathering evidences to support the existence of a braudelian concept of history.Downloads
